FitOnTap Terms of Use

By creating an account or using FitOnTap you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FitOnTap.
1. What FitOnTap is
An app in which trainers run their training business, clients follow their trainer's plans and log their progress, and gyms manage their trainers and members. FitOnTap is offered by [legal name], [address], India.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older. One account per person; it is yours and you may not share it. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself. Give us accurate details and keep them current. You may delete your account at any time (Privacy policy, section 7).
3. Not medical advice
FitOnTap is a record-keeping and communication tool. Plans, diets and comments come from your trainer, not from us. Nothing in FitOnTap is medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting or changing an exercise or diet programme, and tell your trainer about any condition that affects your training.
4. Trainers and gyms
If you are a trainer or run a gym, you are responsible for the details you enter about other people, for having their permission to do so, for the advice you give, and for what you charge. You agree to keep clients' health information confidential and to use it only to train them.
5. Money
Payments between clients, trainers and gyms happen outside FitOnTap (UPI, bank transfer, cash). FitOnTap records them and does not process, hold or refund money. Disputes about a payment, a package or a settlement are between the people involved; the records in FitOnTap are there to help you resolve them.
6. What you upload
You keep ownership of what you upload (photos, notes, documents). You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with inside FitOnTap, and nothing more. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, anything unlawful, or anything abusive.
7. Acceptable use
Do not try to access someone else's data, interfere with the service, or use FitOnTap for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep FitOnTap available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw features, and we will tell you in the app about changes that matter.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or injury arising from training you do, advice you receive from a trainer or gym, payments you make outside FitOnTap, or data you choose to share. Our total liability to you for anything arising from FitOnTap is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid us nothing.
10. Ending
You can stop using FitOnTap and delete your account at any time. We can end these terms by closing your account for a breach of them, with notice where the law requires it.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of [Pune], India.
